Meet Our Team: Barbara Paules

Barbara Paules - Accounts Receivable Manager

A consummate energetic problem-solver and innovator, Barbara brings to the team over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable resolution and in her current role, oversees the daily operation of the accounts receivable and patient services department. As A/R Manager, Barbara makes certain that daily, weekly and monthly A/R functions are performed accurately, including claim submissions, EDI reports and claim status. She ensures that patient collections policy and procedures are followed for all assigned clients, and she regularly interfaces with clients about their financials.  Prior to joining RC Billing, Barbara worked in management for a large hospital-based organization where she received the Bill Aston award in finance for her accomplishments.
