With more than 32 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable resolution and management, Shannon is responsible for leading daily processes to ensure maximum reimbursement and timely resolution to outstanding AR, while enhancing Days Sales Outstanding.  She works directly with payers on a daily basis with her team to resolve issues identified during claim resolution in an effort to eliminate potential future issues. In addition, she is actively involved in the monitoring of new client’s claim submission during the critical go-live processes to guarantee successful startup with accuracy, completeness and minimized payer issues.

Prior to founding RC Billing, Ron DiGiaimo worked as an executive with the three largest publicly traded oncology firms in the United States in executive positions that addressed operations management and nationwide reimbursement for the largest publicly traded oncology firm in the world. Recognizing a need for a “best of the best” practice reimbursement firm, he put together a team with an average of more than 30 years of diverse healthcare administration management experience. 

Today, as the CEO of RC Billing and its two sister companies, The Oncology Group & Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies, DiGiaimo prides himself on incorporating strong ethics and integrity into each client engagement.  DiGiaimo is active in many industry associations including ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, and ACHE among others and can frequently be found speaking at their national conferences on the business aspects of cancer care.

DiGiaimo earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Weber State University. Ron is also a past Radiation Therapist and has an Associate’s Degree in Radiography from MCC.

With a clinical background in patient treatments, simulations, and day-to-day operations of cancer centers, Catherine now oversees the financial division of RC Billing. Prior to co-founding RC Billing, she attended the University of Texas School of Business and the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College Radiation Therapy Program. Catherine has been a registered radiation therapist for 25 years and is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Danielle brings more than 12 years of experience within the healthcare billing cycle, including 9 years of Medical and Radiation Oncology expertise. Her specialties include practice management, patient registration and entry of charges to payment posting and accounts receivable. She has outstanding organization skills and is passionate about helping others in both a professional and personal environment. Danielle currently works closely with clients and manages a team to ensure client charges are handled with accuracy and attention to detail.

After spending the majority of her career as Chief Radiation Therapist/Dosimetrist for a large oncology practice in Austin, Texas, Trina, joined the Radiation Therapy Program faculty of Texas State University as a clinical educator. Today, she continues to share her knowledge and experience as Client Resource Manager for RC Billing where she provides billing and documentation guidance for clients and works closely with the proton appeals department to identify clinical information and articles to support medical necessity.

With over 25 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Billing, Donna is responsible for the daily oversight of RC Billing demographics and insurance eligibility functions. She leads her team to ensure accurate patient information is obtained and active insurance is billed. Prior to joining RC Billing, Donna worked in management for a large managed care insurance company and also helped in the creation of a cloud based billing software.

Kimberley joined the RCB team in March 2018 bringing 30 years of revenue cycle experience with her. This experience ranges from front office registration to managing teams responsible for billing, insurance collections and payment posting in a large hospital health system. Additionally, she has experience in being a team member responsible for implementing new EMR’s, Billing Software and lockbox set up for the hospital system.

In her role as Cash Application Manager, she is responsible for leading the cash team to meet weekly and monthly balancing goals. This ensures that all A/R posting is current and reporting accurately for our clients’ financial reports. Additionally, Kimberley completes quarterly audits of the team to ensure all policy and procedures are met and identify any processes which may need to be implemented or revised.

As a results driven, detail-oriented and personable billing manager who is passionate about revenue cycle operations, Tiffany brings to the team over 15 years of experience in cash posting and management. She has a great track record of inspiring outstanding customer service and satisfaction. In her current role, Tiffany directly supervises cash applications to ensure timely and accurate posting, generates weekly and monthly reporting and ensures accuracy; solves problems and improves efficiency to the business office operations while ensuring benchmarks are obtained per client. Prior to joining RC Billing, Tiffany worked in management for a large physician based company where she was recognized for implementing a redesign which increased electronic posting to 98%.

With over 17 years of experience in IT and cyber security, Chris now oversees RC Billing’s robust application ecosystem and establishing protocols to identify and block threats proactively, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client’s sensitive electronic information and serves as the Security Officer for RC Billing. Prior to joining the RC Billing team, Chris served as an IT Director & Security Officer for a hospital where he performed all employee HIPAA training and led the meaningful use program and was responsible for preparing all documentation for HITECH Audits.
