What are the risks of outsourcing my medical billing?
We understand your concerns regarding an external company managing your finances. That's why RC Billing integrates seamlessly with your team. Rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all process, we tailor procedures and reports to align with your existing revenue stream. We become an extension of your team, getting to know your staff and training them to be comfortable with any new methods or systems. We conduct regular meetings with your staff and contacts to provide updates and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Are there any additional fees for compliance support or documentation reviews?
No. As a billing client, medical record documentation reviews, summation meetings, and compliance reports are included at no additional cost. We also provide free access to the RCCS CRC, our exclusive oncology coding and compliance resource center.
My current medical billing company is across town. How will you handle my billing if you're not?
When it comes to partner billing, our clients value expertise, responsiveness, professionalism, dedication, and accommodation over location. While our home base is in Cedar Park, Texas, most RC Billing clients are found across the US, and we are committed to meeting their needs regardless of location through various tailored options. Each client is unique, so we customize the logistical fit for every case. We've successfully implemented remote access to oncology electronic health records (EHR) allowing us to easily retrieve medical records.
Additionally, we require an HL7 ADT & DFT interface between your systems and ours for patient demographics and reviewed charge export.
